Smile makeovers
Your smile is the first thing people will notice about you – why not see how Dentist@W2 can help you to make a truly stunning first impression, with one of our popular smile makeovers?
What is a smile makeover?
We offer a wide range of cosmetic dental treatments that are all aimed at perfecting your smile. Depending on your particular needs, your dentist will recommend one or more of a selection of those treatments that will give you a whiter, straighter, more radiant smile.
Our smile makeovers are designed to improve the overall appearance of your whole mouth including your teeth and gums, for which a combination of treatments may be recommended.
Some of the treatments that are available are as follows:
- Veneers to even out the shape of your teeth
- Structural repairs to remedy broken or missing teeth, such as bridges, dental implants, crowns or dental bonding
- White fillings for any decay detected
- Tooth straightening, such as the removable, transparent Invisalign system
- Contouring of the teeth and gums to make them appear straighter and more uniform
- Tooth whitening to create a dazzling smile
How does a smile makeover work?
During an initial consultation with your dentist, you can explain what aspects of your smile you feel unhappy with, or what you would like to be altered. At Dentist@W2 we pride ourselves on listening carefully to what our patients want, so that we can meet their needs – much of our business comes from word-of-mouth advertising as our patients recommend us to their friends and family, and it is very important for us to make sure that our patients are pleased with their results.
When your dentist has listened to your concerns and examined your mouth, they will be able to make recommendations about what treatments will work best to achieve the results you hope for.
Will a smile makeover work for me?
If you are in generally good health, all of our smile makeover treatments should be suitable for you. Your dentist will take full details of your health at your initial appointment and will examine your mouth to ensure that your teeth, gums and jaw are all healthy enough to proceed with the recommended treatments.
How long does a smile makeover take?
This depends on exactly which treatments are undertaken. You may only need one or two minor treatments, which can be completed within a single appointment. Your dentist will always use the most conservative and least-invasive treatments available to achieve the desired result. If you need treatments such as structural repairs or teeth straightening, your smile makeover may take several appointments to complete. Full details will be discussed with you at your initial appointment so that you can make an informed decision about which treatments you wish to undertake.
